Open Access Policy

All articles published in JIPBS are freely available without registration, subscription, or payment. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles in this journal without seeking prior permission from the publisher or authors, provided the original authors are properly credited.

This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access:

"By 'open access' to this literature, we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself."

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant JIPBS a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive the article.
